Personalized products are not eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges.
Non-personalized items may be exchanged for a different size at customers expense. Must contact us within 7 days.
Earrings are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
Final Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.

Please note that we do not machine engrave our items. We stamp each letters one at a time. This means there will be slight variations from piece to piece which makes each piece of jewelry unique and special.
